FAQ
How is this different from ChatGPT or an off-the-shelf tool?
We build an agent that runs your specific workflow end-to-end. Off-the-shelf tools need you to prompt them and move the output. A bespoke agentic AI runs the process — pulls data, makes decisions, takes actions, logs what it did, hands the edge cases back to you.
Is the £15–25k quote wide on purpose?
Yes. Scope varies more than most consultancies want to admit. A three-skill agent with two integrations is not the same job as a ten-skill system with a compliance layer. We quote at the low end unless the scope demands more, and we tell you the driver of the delta explicitly.
Can Solo Build scale up to Business later?
Yes. Same architecture. Solo Build uses a tighter skill set and smaller integration surface; scaling up is additional skills + additional integrations, not a rebuild.
Do you take equity or subscription-only deals?
No. Flat-fee setup + optional retainer. We keep the commercial model simple so you can own the system outright.
What's the retainer for?
